ACCOMMODATION
Your room reservation at the congress hotels
should be made along registration. It
should follow a payment of the deposit (first night’s cost) or a credit card payment.
Please note: In case of no-show there will be
at least one night’s deposit depending on the hotel.
Important: Please make your reservation
before 30 March 2011 as room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Companies reserving
more than 30 hotel rooms are required to pay in full at the time of
reservation. The cancellation rules differ from one hotel to another, and thus
it is advisable to check the cancellation details with the conference
secretariat.
All prices include
breakfast and VAT at 9%/23%.
